Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unused, with all original packaging, and including any accessories or manuals that came with it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Include your order number and photos if possible. Our team will review your case promptly and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (like food or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the product you prefer.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Your item must still meet the same eligibility conditions (unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
