Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we currently ship to many countries worldwide.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We work hard to process orders quickly, so please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this window, your order will already be in processing and cannot be modified, but you can still return it for a full refund once it arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During holidays or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders are shipped the next business day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after your return is received or your cancellation is approved.
